IDE Show 2024

Commissioned by the staff of the Innovation Design Engineering programme at Imperial College London and the Royal College of Art, this project involved the complete visual and spatial design of the IDE Summer Show 2024. We developed a cohesive identity system spanning print, digital, and spatial media—from show posters and student project graphics to signage, social content, and large-scale digital animations.

At the heart of the identity were a series of richly textured 3D forms—generated using custom Midjourney prompts—that acted as dynamic visual anchors across the show’s materials. These forms were further animated using AI image-to-video tools for screens at the Imperial College Exhibition Road entrance and online platforms.

Beyond visuals, we played a hands-on role in curating and installing the student displays, delivering tutorials on show design, and shaping the exhibition’s overall experience—bridging storytelling, aesthetics, and logistics into one seamless whole.
